Ahh the influence of emails!

I received an email from some friends inviting me to check out their blog, and a few moments later, here I am writing my first ever blog for my own blog thing. It's actually just a great way to procrastinate from having to tidy up my lounge. I have a hairdresser coming round to my house this morning to cut my hair...... and would prefer to have my house in order before she arrives. So I will delay no longer, sign off for this first momentous blog (cough cough) and begin the first challenge for the day.
